Marcus Sablier returns to Lewes- and this time it's permanent

Lewes have announced the permanent signing of midfielder Marcus Sablier, who returns to the club following his departure from Bromley.

Marcus came to prominence in the National League with Bromley, coming through their Academy to make a first team debut in September 2021. He went on to have a loan spell in National League South with Welling United, and then, during the 22-23 season, spent time on loan with Hampton & Richmond Borough before heading the Isthmian way for the first time, signing on for a temporary spell at Bowers & Pitsea, where he made half a dozen appearances.

He then swapped Bowers for a shot at the other end of the table, making four loan appearances at Cray Wanderers, who of course shared a ground with his parent club.

Last season saw him have a loan spell at Cheshunt, where he made five appearances, before swapping North London for Sussex in September. He went on to play twenty six times for the Rooks, and score four goals.
