Searle takes over at Hastings
Danny Searle named as the new boss of Hastings United
Pitching In Isthmian Premier side Hastings United have spent rather a long time finding a replacement for Danny Bloor- who left the club at the end of October- but last night their hard work finally came to fruition, as they announced another Danny, Searle, as their new boss.
Danny was in charge of National League strugglers Ebbsfleet United Until the end of September, by which point he had been in the role for seven months after initially taking over on a caretaker basis.
He was previously the Assistant Head Coach at Czech club Banik Ostrava and has also managed Waterford, Braintree Town and Aldershot Town. As a youth coach he was the Head of West Ham United's Academy, and also worked at Charlton Athletic, Chelsea and Southend United.
