Shad is back in Blue
Shad Ngandu is Brett Munyard's first Brentwood signing
Brentwood Town announced a new manager on Friday, and followed that with a new player- although Shad Ngandu isn't at all new to the crowds at the Arena.
Midfielder Shad made thirty three appearances and scored six goals as the Blues won the Pitching In Isthmian North title in 24-25. That followed twenty nine appearances and seven goals as the Blues reached the Promotion Final the year before.
He left the Blues to play seven times for Heybridge Swifts last season, and then moved on to Enfield, at that point in Pitching In Southern Division One.
He was previously at Hythe Town, playing forty three times as the Cannons reached the Pitching In Isthmian South East Promotion Final in 22-23.
He ended the 21-22 season at Maldon & Tiptree, making twenty one appearances and scoring two goals after signing from eventual Pitching In Isthmian North champions Aveley. His second spell as a Miller brought nineteen appearances and scored four goals. He made thirty one appearances for the Millers in 2018-19, and another thirty eight in our abortive 2019-20 campaign, when he was rather prolific, scoring fourteen goals from his midfield berth- including a hat trick in victory over then-Parkside tenants Grays Athletic.
During the 2020-21 season he managed seven matches at Brentwood before yet another campaign fell over. He has also played briefly for Great Wakering Rovers, and was rather prolific during a spell with Waltham Abbey.
