Shomotun is a permanent Miller
Former loanee Fumnaya Shomotun heads back to Cray Valley- and this time it's permanent
Cray Valley PM boss Steve McKimm borrowed Fumnaya Shomotun from his former club, Tonbridge Angels, just over a month ago- and the move has proved such a success that the midfielder has now returned to the Millers permanently.
Fumnaya was a youth player with Brentford and Barnet, before becoming a full time Bee. Whilst at Barnet he had Isthmian loan time with Staines Town and Margate, and went on to play for Hayes & Yeading United, Wingate & Finchley and Kingstonian. Midway through the 22-23 season he arrived at Sevenoaks Town, and was an enormous success in a creative role, playing twenty two times and scoring six goals during that first campaign and following that with thirty appearances last season, when he scored four goals. He was picked up by Dartford, then in National League South, in January- and went on to play sixteen times before signing for Angels in the summer.
His loan spell with the Millers saw him play seven times and score twice.
