Spinks of the Rooks

Lewes brought in Josh Spinks last week- and we've only just noticed! He made his second appearance for the Rooks in defeat against Chichester City on Saturday, after a debut in the two-two draw with Dulwich Hamlet.

Defender Josh is perhaps best known for his spell at Burgess Hill Town, which started during the little we had of the 20-21 season and ended midway through last season, after more than a century of appearances. After leaving Hill he moved on to Haywards Heath Town, and indeed ended last season there before making twenty eight appearances this season. He was also with Heath prior to his move to Hill, playing under boss Shaun Saunders, who was also his manager at Peacehaven and Telscombe.
