Prolific striker Josh Osude makes a Hashtag United bow
Hashtag United have signed striker Josh Osude from Witham Town- and gave him a second half debut on Saturday in defeat at Cray Wanderers.
Josh has been superb for Witham this season, scoring sixteen goals in nineteen matches. He rejoined the club in November 2023 and managed fourteen goals in nineteen matches last season, after starting the 23-24 campaign at Sittingbourne, where he managed two goals in six appearances before a move to National League North side Bishop's Stortford.
He started the 22-23 season at Grays Athletic, and played sixteen times- scoring three goals. He moved on to Coggeshall Town, scoring six times in his fifteen appearances, but was unable to help the Seed Growers retain their Step Four status.
He ended the 21-22 season at Witham, scoring seven goals in twelve appearances as his new side escaped the drop.
Josh first moved to Witham Town from… Hashtag United, where he made fifteen appearances. This was his second Hashtag spell, so he's now onto number three, and in between the first two he played in National League South for Braintree Town and, also in our North Division for Tilbury, where he made seven appearances.
