We'd like to send our congratulations to Pitching In Isthmian South Central side Southall, who crushed Broadfields United to lift the Middlesex Senior Challenge Cup in midweek.
The All- who lost to United in the Senior Charity Cup final last season- got their revenge in style. Bright Siaw put them ahead just before the half hour, with Antony O'Connor soon adding a second. The second half was very much the same, O'Connor taking only five minutes to add a third, with Dan Roberts adding number four eleven minutes from time.
Southall have now won the competition twelve times- but this was their first triumph since 1954-55.
They defeated Uxbridge, Northwood and Barnet to reach this stage.
