Bobby Unwin, Kasparas Sacevicius and Munashe Mharapara are the latest Basildon United recruits

Prior to Saturday's trip to Mildenhall Town, Basildon United announced three new arrivals. 

 

Bobby Unwin moves over from Grays Athletic, where he has made ten appearances with two goals this season,. That followed eight appearances in the second half of last season. 

 

The winger played for Southend United as a youth, Under 18 and Under 23, and whilst a Shrimper had a loan spell at Bishop's Stortford, playing five times at the start of the 21-22 season. He also went on loan to Hendon, then in Pitching In Southern Premier. He spent time at Concord Rangers, then a National League South club, and at the end of the 22-23 season was with National League side Bromley.

 

He started last season in Pitching In Isthmian Premier with Cheshunt, where he made nine appearances and scored once before heading to Grays.

 

Another winger, Kasparas Sacevicius, is a former Arsenal youth player. More recently he has been playing for Aveley at Under 23 level.

 

Midfielder Munashe Mharapara formerly played for Witham Town, where he made twenty seven appearances during the 22-23 season and another nineteen last season. He was previously a reserve for Billericay Town, and also spent time with Stanway Rovers.
