Tractor Boys Adebayo and Onuchukwu are new in a different blue

Wingate and Finchley have brought in two loanees from EFL Championship side Ipswich Town- and gave them both a debut in Saturday's win over Dartford.

Adube Onuchukwu, a midfielder, has already been our way this season- he had a January loan spell at Billericay Town. He played three times- each of them a victory. 

The twenty year old came through the youth ranks at Aston Villa, starting out with the Under 13 side, and played for the Under 18 side at Villa Park before a move to Portman Road in the summer of 2024, signing a two year contract. He plays for the Under 21 side for the Tractor Boys, and has also had another loan spell this season, at National League South Chelmsford City. 

Afi Adebayo, a forward, is getting his first senior experience. He has played for both the Under 18 and Under 21 sides at Portman Road. He has been with the club since joining as an Under 14, and signed his first professional deal in the summer.
