Two Blues- as Krasniqi and Mukuna head to Billericay

Arjanit Krasniqi and Jonas Mukuna are new at Billericay Town

Billericay Town announced two new additions to their squad last night, as Arjanit Krasniqi and Jonas Mukuna moved to New Lodge.

Midfielder Arjanit Krasniqi comes in on a three month loan from National League side Maidstone United. He played his early football with Waltham Forest, who later became our very own Walthamstow, before being picked up by EFL side Colchester United. He spent a little time with Billericay back in 2019 and then headed to Finland to play for Seinäjoen Jalkapallokerho before returning to slightly warmer climes- Braintree Town.

He went on to play for Dover Athletic, Chelmsford City, Hemel Hempstead Town and Aveley at National League South level, before linking up with Maidstone in the summer. He has played for Kosovo at Under 19 and Under 21 level.

Forward Jonas Mukuna played youth football with Leyton Orient, Queens Park Rangers and Sutton United before a move to Walsall, aged seventeen, to sign a first professional deal in September 2022. At the end of last year he moved south once more, signing on at Farnborough, and then joined Havant and Waterlooville just before the transfer window closed in March, as they tried to retain their National League South status.
