Two for the Scholars
Ben Ward Cochrane returns to Potters Bar Town, joined by Albert Wood
Prior to Saturday's match at Horsham, Potters Bar Town announced two arrivals.
Ben Ward-Cochrane will be extremely familiar to the Scholars faithful.
Ben, a forward, started last season with Wingate and Finchley, but made only four appearances. He has more recently been with Harefield United.
He played for Walthamstow and Kingstonian during the 22-23 season, but was previously with the Scholars- indeed he scored ten Scholars goals in eighteen matches during the 21-22 season, after joining the club during what turned out to be the closing stages of the 2019-20 campaign. He has also played for Welling United, Chalfont St Peter, Hertford Town and Enfield Town.
Albert Wood, a defender, comes in on loan from MK Dons. He has played under 18 football in Milton Keynes, but has recently been working with the first team squad after signing his first professional deal in May. He started his career as a Watford youth, and had a loan spell at Banbury United last season.
