Two midfielders for the Robins

Midfielder Tom Jackson joins the Robins from another set of Robins, Bracknell Town, where he was a star performer last season. The player came through the ranks at AFC Wimbledon and previously spent time with Guernsey, Hanwell Town and Corinthian-Casuals, making eleven appearances during the 22-23 Pitching In Isthmian Premier campaign at the latter. Prior to his move to Bracknell he spent time with our new boys (not that they feel all that new!) Hendon. Another midfielder, Fabio Saraiva, makes the move from Leatherhead. He made thirty four appearances as the Tanners reached the Pitching In Isthmian South Central Play Off Final last summer, after winning South East promotion with Chatham Town the previous season. Fabio made thirty six appearances for the Chats during the 22-23 campaign, and delivered four goals. Prior to his time in Kent, Fabio played for former Tanners boss Hayden Bird's sides at Merstham and Kingstonian. He was a big part of the Moatsiders side which reached the Premier Division Play Off Final in 2018-19, and moved with his manager to Kingstonian the following season; indeed he had already made forty seven appearances when the 19-20 campaign was ended early by covid, including every match as the K's progressed to the Second Round of the Emirates FA Cup.
