Vita Risk Solutions: Manager of the Month Award, November 2024

Here are our latest Vita Risk Solutions Managers of the Month of the 24-25 season- a quartet of deserved winners. 

Premier Division

We’re heading to the very top of the League, to heap plaudits on Jake Leberl, boss of Dover Athletic. Dover have had a fabulous November, and indeed have spent all of it at the top of the pile, opening up a five point lead by the time it came to an end. It was a busy month for Jake and his happy band, seven league matches coming their way, and five of them were won, the other two ending level as the month went by unbeaten. Potters Bar Town, Folkestone Invicta, Canvey Island, Bowers and Pitsea and Lewes were the sides swept aside. With Chatham Town and Cray Valley PM escaping with a point.

Many congratulations to Jake, who will have a shiny trophy to help him remember a glittering month. 

North Division

Bury Town are having a fabulous season, but our Pitching In Isthmian North leaders had a particularly sublime November. Seven league matches brought six victories, with only Newmarket Town escaping with as much as a point. Cambridge City were defeated four-two, there were another four goals against Basildon United, four more against Haringey Borough, two against Gorleston, poor Haringey had to play them again- two-nil this time- and Ipswich Wanderers rounded off the month, another two-nil victory. It saw the Blues end the month six points clear at the top- and now they have a trophy to go with their dominance. Congrats to Town boss Cole Skuse, November’s Manager of the Month. 

South Central Division

Farnham Town have been a revelation this season- although, truthfully, they came to us with such a strong record that nobody is really surprised. Boss Paul Johnson oversaw another super month, his side losing only once- the last game of the month- whilst winning every other match. Uxbridge were hit for five, wins over Harrow Borough and Raynes Park Vale showed that this Farnham side can grind out a victory when they aren’t scoring for fun, and then Met Police were defeated three-nil, a third clean sheet of the month.

Town ended the month four points clear at the top- and Paul is starting December with another win, and this one comes with a shiny glass memento. 

South East Division

We’ve run out of superlatives to describe Ramsgate’s form this season, but November was a perfect month. Seven league matches brought seven wins, four of them on the road. Eastbourne Town, Ashford United, Herne Bay and Sevenoaks Town were defeated on their own patch, whilst the Rams were also perfect at home, Steyning Town, poor Herne Bay once more, and Erith Town all vanquished. Many congratulations to Rams boss Ben Smith- who we suspect now has a Manager of the Month award for every room in the house!
