Jabari Christmas and Khalifa Jabbie are the latest arrivals at East Grinstead Town

Prior to the weekend's fixtures, East Grinstead Town announced two new arrivals.

Jabari Christmas comes in on loan from Chatham Town. The young midfielder made one appearance for the Chats first team last season, and has made two further appearances this season. He joined the Chats just before Christmas last year (yes, really) after spending a year with Queens Park Rangers, where he played for the Under 18 side after coming through the Kinetic Academy run by former Sevenoaks Town boss Harry Hudson. He has also played for Hollands and Blair, Whitstable Town and- this season- five times for Phoenix Sports.

Midfielder Khalifa Jabbie is much travelled, but travelled in our direction last season when he played forty five times for Haringey Borough, who of course were in our top flight. he scored a couple of goals, too.

Away from the UK, he has played international football for Sierra Leone, and outside of his home country has played for Fredrikstad in Norway, Balıkesirspor of Turkey, Sheriff Tiraspol in the Moldovan league,  Racing Beirut in Lebanon, briefly for our very own Cheshunt, FC Sfîntul Gheorghe in Moldova, and Al-Minaa in Iraq.
