Watkiss of Wingate- with Silva and Oupoh, too
Jake Watkiss, John Silva and David Oupoh are the latest Finchley flyers
There were three new names on the Wingate and Finchley teamsheet as they travelled to Welling United on Saturday.
David Oupoh spent time with Walton and Hersham and with Ascot United last season. He made fifteen appearances for the Yellas, and scored three goals. Away from the eleven a side game he has appeared in the ‘Baller League,’
He scored twice in Monday night's match at Aveley- the second an added time winner!
Jake Watkiss is a winger with a great deal of experience despite his tender years- he is twenty one. He played for Stevenage as an Under 18, and then at the same level with Watford, before stepping up to the Under 21's. Whilst with the Hornets he had loan spells at Farnborough and Needham Market, and after leaving Vicarage Road in the summer he has been with Hemel Hempstead Town.
John Silva, a midfielder, started this season at Royston Town, and has played three times. He was previously with Tower Hamlets, Hackney Wick and Aveley.
