Zaki of the Hawks

Whitehawk have announced the signing of goalkeeper Zaki Oualah, who spent last season winning promotion from the Pitching In Southern Premier with Chesham United.

From an Isthmian perspective, Zaki will be best known for his time with Leatherhead, when they were a Premier Division side. He spent four seasons with the Tanners, a big part of their run to the FA Cup Second Round in 2017-18, a season when he made thirty eight appearances, and making another ninety nine appearances over the following three seasons- it undoubtedly would have been more had the last two of those campaigns actually ended as scheduled. 

He has a great deal of experience, much of it at a higher level. Amongst his clubs are Uxbridge, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Farnborough, Aldershot Town, AFC Wimbledon, Billericay Town and Weymouth. He was almost ever-present as Chesham won that promotion.
