Bolovan for the Tags

Hashtag United have strengthened their midfield with the signing of Alex Bolovan.

Alex takes a step up- indeed, he takes two steps up- from Essex Senior League side Woodford Town.

He made his senior debut aged just sixteen years old under the guidance of Town boss Shane Baptiste, and has not looked back since. Last season, as his club finished the campaign in second place, he picked up three Player of the Season Awards- Players Player, Young Player and Supporters Player of the Season- and fans of Bowers and Pitsea might remember him, as he was part of the side which knocked them out of the FA Cup last August, coming from two goals down to win four-three in extra time. Soon to be Tags striker Luke May-Parrott scored a hat trick in that fixture. 

Overall he made forty seven appearances and scored ten goals.
