Fleischer flies in for Swifts

We hope that all of the young players leaving Ipswich Town on loan at the moment aren't travelling by tractor, or the roads will be snarled up for miles around!

The latest loanee to leave Portman Road is goalkeeper Alan Fleischer, who was announced as a new signing for Heybridge Swifts prior to Saturday's match with Felixstowe and Walton United.

Alan, seventeen, has been at Town since joining as an Under 9, and is part of the Academy, playing for the Under 18 side and also occasionally for the Under 21's, making his debut for the latter this season. This seems to be his first senior loan spell.
