A Bridges catch up

Reece Hallard, Luke Glover, Jamie Splatt and Nodirbek Bobomurodov are new at Three Bridges

Pitching In Isthmian South East Play Off Finalists Three Bridges have announced a number of recent arrivals, so we thought we'd catch you up.

Reece Hallard arrives from Burgess Hill Town. The forward joined Hill last summer, making the move from Lancing, and made twenty nine appearances last season, with six goals.

Reece managed nine goals for the Lancers in thirty four appearances during 22-23. He came through the youth ranks at Worthing and also spent time with Haywards Heath Town, playing at Hanbury Park during our two pandemic hit campaigns. He was also with Whitehawk during the 2018-19 campaign, and has spent additional time with Eastbourne Town.

Goalkeeper Luke Glover ended last season at Whitehawk, returning to the Hawks only four months after he left the club for Burgess Hill Town. He made five appearances in his time with the Hillians.

Luke originally joined the Hawks in the summer of 2022 from Eastbourne Borough, and it turned out to be an inspired signing as he played an enormous part in their promotion to the Premier Division. He went on to make forty one appearances and regularly picked up our golden gloves award. He managed forty appearances for former Hawks boss Shaun Saunders during his time at Haywards Heath Town, during the pandemic-hit 2019-20 season, before making a move up the pyramid to Borough in National League South. He also managed a goal during that Heath season- a late winner in the eighty eighth minute as Heath defeated Bracknell Town in the FA Trophy.

Jamie Splatt spent time with Leatherhead last season, on loan from Dulwich Hamlet, and the defender made forty one appearances for the Tanners- the last of them in South Central Play Off Final defeat.

Jamie came through the youth ranks at Hamlet, and his Tanners time was far from being his first Isthmian loan experience, as he played eight times for Merstham during the 2019-20 campaign, and was with VCD Athletic- making ten appearances- Carshalton Athletic and Whitehawk during the 22-23 season. He made three appearances for the Robins, and seven for the Hawks.

He also played briefly for Staines Town during 2019-20, and for Westfield during the 20-21 campaign, what there was of it. Last season, he also made one loan appearance for Faversham Town- and  made half a dozen appearances for Hamlet.

Finally, Nodirbek Bobomurodov was with Littlehampton Town, Bognor Regis Town and Chatham Town last season,

Winger/midfielder Nodirbek made three appearances for the Chats last season and nineteen as they took the Pitching In Isthmian South East title during 22-23, with five goals. He didn't play for the Rocks, quickly moving on to Littlehampton Town, where he made thirty three appearances and scored seven goals.

He also spent time with Kingstonian during 22-23, making eleven appearances, and was with the K's local rivals, Corinthian-Casuals, for six appearances during the 21-22 campaign- a season during which he also played for Cheshunt, six times with one goal. He also spent time with Hungerford Town during the 21-22 campaign, and has also appeared for the Rocks local rivals Worthing as well as spending time back in his native Uzbekistan with Surkhon Termiz.
